  12. Prepare 100 Ml Chicken stock
  13. Take salt and pepper for seasoning

Pour in wine, scraping the bottom of the pan to loosen any bits. Pour in tomatoes with their juice and add tomato paste. Add salt and pepper to taste, stirring to combine. Bring sauce to a boil, then turn off heat.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC - Place the sweet potatoes, onion, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, paprika, lemon juice and seasoning into a large bowl - Mix until well combined
  2. Pour into a casserole dish and roast in the oven for 25 minutes - Add in the chicken and chicken stock - Return to the oven for 25 minutes
