Once the oil comes on top…add the boiled Chick peas and cook it covered fr 10 min so that masale incorporates with chole nicely and evenly….. after 10 min oil will be seen on top of the chole……which means ur chole is done 100percent….. Add garam masale….mix well…and off the flame…. garnish with Green coriander and chopped onions…..wowwwe….lip smacking chole is ready…😋😋😋😋
  4. To make bhatures take suji,salt oil and baking soda in a mixing bowl…..add curd and slowly adding water make a very soft dough…put enough water…coz suji vll soak water.. after sometime….keep the dough to rest fr half an hour….
  5. Now after half an hour.our dough is ready to make bhatures…if u see that dough is tight then add water and make it to rolling consistency…….Noll roll the bhaturas and deep fry them till golden brown..
