  6. When milk cool discard garlic from milk add corn flour in milk and cook to slightly thick mixture, now add black pepper and mayonnaise in this and blend it to incorporate well and keep aside
  7. Now for Dhokla roll, prepare a deep pot with a stand and heat it 5 minutes on high flame,
  8. Other side take dhokla better finally add baking soda and mix well for a minute and transfer in already greased mold
  9. Now keep this mold in hot baking pot to bake for 20 to 25 minutes to bake on low flames, when slightly cool left out
