  4. Now add besan and saute till golden. Add all reast of masalas (exept sugar) and coursely groud dal and saute till dry up all the water
  5. Now for making kachori take a small portion of the dough and press on palm….. fill 2 tbsp of fillng and cover with dough.,now press with palm to flattened…. now deep fry all kachories with same method on low heat

Next, add gram flour (besan) and mix well with all ingredients. Kachoris stuffed with dal have a longer shelf life as compared to other kachoris. Place the kachori in medium hot oil for frying. Place as many kachoris as possible in the wok at one time. Flip the side when kachoris turn puffy and are slightly brown from beneath.
