  5. Take *Note: Today I used 12 Bocconcini cherries
  6. Get Finely chopped Spring Onion
  7. Prepare <Miso Sauce>
  8. Prepare 2 tablespoons Miso
  9. Make ready 1 tablespoon Mirin
  10. Prepare 1-2 teaspoons Sugar
  11. Take 1 pinch Ground Chilli

Steps to make Miso & Mozzarella Baked Tofu:
  1. Preheat the oven to 240°C.
  2. Cut a block of Firm Tofu horizontally into 4 slices. (Today I used ALDI’s Organic Tofu which is quite large and it was not easy for me to slice evenly. So I cut it in half, then sliced.) Season lightly with Salt, but Salt is optional.
  3. Drizzle Oil over a baking tray and place Tofu slices.
  4. Combine all the Miso Sauce and spread on the Tofu slices. Then place some shredded OR torn Mozzarella (OR Pizza Mix) on top.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes or until the Mozzarella is melted and browned. Sprinkle with finely chopped Spring Onion and serve.
