  19. Bake in the oven until set, 12 to 15 minutes.
  20. Cool for a few minutes at room temperature and then gentle remove the mold.

Add peas and transfer mixture to potatoes. Melt the rest of ghee (or butter) and brush the pastry squares. Fill the pastry squares with a generous teaspoon of potatoefilling and form into triangles. Place beef onto the puff pastry followed by the mashed potatoes. Wrap everything up with the puff pastry.
