- Trim the edges so it looks nice and clean and then its time to bring out the sprinkles! YAY
- I brushed the dough log with the water and then rolled them in sprinkles, if you want to stick to the christmas theme go with red, green and white, I couldn't find them on the day I was baking these!
- Wrap the dough again in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30mins
- Preheat the oven to 180C
- Once chilled, slice the dough into your desired thickness and place them on a baking sheet covered

- Bake for 8-10mins… When the cookies no longer look 'wet' they are ready to be pulled out!
