  3. Put the mixture on cling film. Shape into a sausage. Roll up and leave it in the fridge for about an hour if possible
  4. Preheat oven to 180. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Add loaf on top. Sprinkle loaf with breadcrumbs and then drizzle or spray with olive oil. Bake for about 35-40 mins, rest for 5 minutes then serve πŸ˜€
